Using only premium couverture Valrhona chocolate in pastry-making, every Le Pont pastry is delicately crafted into edible art pieces that combines texture, taste, flavour, colour, and presentation by our experienced team of pastry chefs.

Le Pont’s bread dough is made in-house with our refined yeast cultured and fed using only natural ingredients. This high level of control results in a signature sourdough bread series with plain, savoury, or sweet options to suit every dining need.
